We will provide you with the pick-up information, which we will arrange with the carrier of our choice.

We will ship you a replacement product at no extra cost.

Returns:

You may return the product/s back to us in the event you, our customer, do not like the product or because it does not fit right. You will need to contact us and advise us of the issue, provide us with all the information as mentioned above.

We then, will provide you with RMA#.

Customer is responsible to pay the shipping cost for the returned item.

We will charge you 15% re-stocking fees.

Replacement:

In the event the customer wishes to replace a product, you need to contact us and provide all the details as mentioned above. Customer will pay shipping cost back to us.

Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will ship the product of your choice.

We will bill you for the shipping out.

If you replace the product with another product of higher or lesser value, we will charge or credit your account accordingly.
